• Continuing Ed Credits. (School Reimbursement for CE Classes) Team members are supported in meeting continuing education requirements needed to maintain their credentials. Required training hours are tracked annually to ensure compliance with child care regulations while promoting ongoing professional learning and skill development.
• Classroom Observations. Classrooms are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure compliance with licensing standards and to maintain a high-quality learning environment. These reviews focus on classroom organization, management practices, and effective communication, ensuring daily practices align with our mission, values, and expectations.
• Individual Growth Plans. Each team member participates in one-on-one coaching conversations every six months. These growth discussions support professional development by identifying strengths, setting goals, and addressing areas for improvement related to role-specific competencies.
• Annual Performance Review. Team members receive formal performance reviews that include consistent feedback, goal setting, and opportunities for professional advancement. Reviews are completed annually and may include discussions related to growth, performance expectations, and merit-based increase.
